Civil Engineering, which includes Construction Engineering, Underground Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Road Engineering, Traffic Engineering, and Municipal Engineering, is the basis of national construction and requires a large number of senior technical personnel. Graduate education in the Department of Hydraulic Engineering includes Hydraulic Engineering (first-level discipline), research in Geotechnical Engineering (second-level discipline) in Civil Engineering (first-level discipline), and research in Construction Project Management (second-level discipline) in Management Science and Engineering (first-level discipline).
