Ben Ramster is Journals Manager at ICE Publishing and has over 15 years’ experience gained from working in numerous positions in the editorial offices of international peer reviewed journals. At ICE Publishing, he is responsible for publishing strategy, open access policy, new journals, editor recruitment and author care. He manages the editorial team, who handle 4,000 new article submissions per year across 29 engineering and five materials science journals.
